Acorn Pharmacy is independently owned and operated. For the past 13 years it has provided patients with a continuum of care upon discharge from the clinic. The Bilingual (Spanish) certified pharmacy staff provides prompt and friendly service.
HealthCareClinics faxes the patient information and prescriptions to the pharmacy which reduces the patient wait. A new patient can plan on waiting approximately 10 minutes while an existing patient can pick up their prescriptions as soon as they have been discharged by their provider.
HealthCareClinics providers work closely with Acorn Pharmacy to coordinate drug selection with the goal of decreasing patient cost while ensuring therapeutic outcome. If a patient wishes to pursue this cost savings option, a cash patient can choose generic or an alternative brand of medication while this can also serve to lower the co-pay for a patient with insurance.
Medicaid, Medicare, the majority of major prescription plans, Workers' Compensation and cash are accepted.
